So yesterday it was May 20, 2011, and five of us teamed up to join the 2011 Summer Challenge in the Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle Inner Circle.
The Challenge has got two stages: one lasting 50 days, and a second one lasting 98 days. It's about how much you can transform your body by applying Tom Venuto's principles in Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle.

We're 'the THandRONs', four women and a man - in fact, he was the one who formed the team, and he's participating with his wife; they're both Canadian, from Alberta. Then we have two Americans: a woman from Michigan, and another woman from Illinois.
(And then, well, me.)
As every team can pick up their names, we've called ourselves 'THANDRON'. I've posted about 'The THANDRON Philosophy' in my Journal on the Inner Circle's site, but as it's private (only for members) I'll repost it here later.
So I took my Before pics (front, side and rear) and uploaded them to the site.
- I will lose 20 lbs in 98 days.
- I will reduce my body fat by 6%.
- I will gain at least 6 lbs of lean muscle.
- I will run a 3K comfortably.
- I WILL BE A SIZE 46.
- I'll apply the BFFM principles consistently;
- I'll TRAIN HARD:
- 2 x week with my personal trainer in a park (we do circuit training including cardio; strength training with body weight, suspension cables and medicine ball; kickboxing and specific running);
- strength training 1-2 x week at home (with dumbbells, barbell, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine ball, etc.)
- cardio 6 x week;
- elliptical trainer 4-5 times a week;
- extra challenges daily.
- I'll stay positive and focused on my goals;
- I'll support my team and enjoy the benefits of their support.
